Our Tariffs

Our prices, always great value, vary depending on time of year and day's of the week and are on a per room per night basis including Breakfast and taxes. An indication of our rates are outlined below:-

We do recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE so you can claim charges back in case of any unforeseen event.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

Cancellation Conditions:
If a booking is cancelled less than 31 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

If the booking is cancelled 31 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to £50.00 per room booked will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Last check in time 6.30pm, for late arrivals we can provide easy self check in instructions arrival times must be given at least a day before arrival. If arrival time changes please contact guest house so there is someone present for check in.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children of 7 and under.
